These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Veronica AI text-messaging program operated by Appafied Marketing, LLC ("Appafied").

Veronica AI is a low-volume personal AI-assistant messaging service. Messages may include replies to conversations initiated by a recipient, requested reminders and follow-ups, task-status updates, and authorized IT, smart-home, security, or device alerts. The program does not send unsolicited marketing messages or use purchased, rented, or shared contact lists.

Recipients enroll by initiating a text conversation with the Veronica AI telephone number or by texting START after the number is provided to them. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your conversation or requested service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, active conversations, reminders, and authorized system events.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

Do not use the service for emergencies or send highly sensitive information by SMS. Veronica AI may use automated systems to process and respond to messages. Important decisions and consequential actions may require confirmation or human review.

Information associated with the messaging program is handled according to the Appafied Marketing, LLC SMS Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
