Appafied Marketing, LLC ("Appafied," "we," "us," or "our") operates Veronica AI, a personal AI-assistant service. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with the Veronica AI text-messaging program.

When you communicate with Veronica AI by text message, we may collect:

• Your mobile telephone number;
• The content of messages you send and receive;
• Your messaging consent and opt-out preferences;
• Message delivery, date, time, and technical metadata; and
• Information you voluntarily provide in connection with your request.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to conversations that you initiate;
• Provide personal-assistant communications requested or authorized by users;
• Deliver requested reminders, task updates, and follow-ups;

• Maintain messaging preferences and process STOP and HELP requests;

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except communications providers and vendors that process messages solely as necessary to operate the service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Message frequency varies according to user requests, active conversations, reminders, and authorized system events. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. You may opt in again by texting START.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect message information. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.

The Veronica AI messaging service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
